We all have ritual moments in our lives, though we don't often identify them as such. Noticing activities within our lives that follow a pattern or formula, we can consider utilizing them to cultivate greater self-awareness and connection with the Sacred. Elevating ordinary activities in this way and creating ritual around special life transitions is an artistry that has long nourished rabbi Jessica and which she will share with us! Join the Little Minyan Kehillah for this interactive learning series we are calling "Renewing Ritual." You will have the opportunity to consider and play with the role of ritual in your life and tap into simple ways to utilize it to cultivate awareness, soothe tension, alleviate anxiety, elevate your spirit, inspire your creativity, and engage more deeply in Jewish learning.
The first session will focus on daily rituals; second session's focus is food-based rituals; third session's focus is prayer rituals.
